How Mental pays
Mental uses Nolimit City's mechanics to change the number of ways to win on every spin. xWays symbols reveal stacks of the same symbol, and xSplit splits symbols to its left before turning into a wild.
Two Dead Patient symbols can award random multipliers from x5 up to x9999. The provider lists a hit frequency of 34.19% and the chance of the maximum win as 1 in 18 million.
Free spin modes
- Autopsy Freespins: 3 scorpions, with sticky Fire Frames.
- Lobotomy Freespins: 3 scorpions and a spider, with sticky spiders and a Mental Transform every spin.
- Mental Freespins: 3 scorpions and 2 spiders, where the Dead multiplier never decreases.
- Free spins trigger about once in 216 spins on average, according to the provider.
The three free spin modes in detail
Autopsy Freespins
Triggered by three scorpions. Fire Frames stay sticky for the rest of the round.

Triggered by three scorpions and a spider. Spiders are sticky and a Mental Transform happens on every spin.
Mental Freespins
Triggered by three scorpions and two spiders. The Dead multiplier never decreases during the round.
Using free spins on Mental
Mental is the most volatile of our three games. Many sets of 100 free spins end with a small balance, while a few produce very large wins – exactly the kind of upside a no-deposit offer lets you try without risking a deposit.
Bonus buy options cost from 80x to 1,000x the bet but are removed in some regulated markets and are usually not allowed while wagering a bonus.
