A completed counter is only one account event
Meeting a wagering requirement changes the status of specified funds under a bonus rule. Account verification concerns the identity or other details of the account holder. Payment processing concerns moving funds to a recipient. These processes can appear on the same screen without being the same decision.
KYC means know your customer. Depending on the service and applicable rules, checks can involve identity, age, address, payment ownership or other information. A verification request should explain what is needed and how to provide it through the service's official secure channel.
Identity, ownership and source of funds
An identity document addresses who a person is. Evidence of payment ownership addresses who controls a particular payment account. Source-of-funds information concerns where money used for a transaction came from. One type of evidence does not necessarily answer the other questions.
Do not send documents to an unsolicited address or publish them in a review or complaint thread. Use the verified account portal, check the requested document type and retain the submission reference. If redaction is relevant, ask which fields must remain visible rather than altering a document in a way that misrepresents it.
Documents commonly requested
Proof of identity
Usually a passport, national ID card or driving licence that is valid and fully readable.
Proof of address
Often a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address.
Proof of payment method
A screenshot of your wallet or a photo of your card with the middle digits covered shows that the method is yours.
Read the status and its starting time
A quoted processing time may start after verification or after approval, rather than when the request was first created. Calendar days and business days also differ. The relevant clock needs its own starting event and any stated exclusions.
| Status | What it usually describes |
|---|---|
| Requested | A withdrawal instruction was created |
| Under review | A decision or check is pending |
| Sent | A transfer was passed to the payment route |
| Received | The recipient account was credited |
Build a useful payment enquiry
Include the request reference, amount, currency, request date, last status change and any requested information already submitted. Ask whether the payment is still under review or has been sent. If it has been sent, ask for the relevant transfer reference. This makes it possible to identify the stage without guessing from the total wait.
Do not make a further deposit merely because an unsolicited message claims it is needed to unlock a withdrawal. Verify any such demand through the official service and its written terms. A completed review is not evidence of a received payment; the receiving account provides that final confirmation.
Questions and answers
Does a verified account guarantee instant withdrawals?
No. Verification and payment processing are different stages. The method, transaction review and provider processing can still affect timing.
Should documents be attached to a public complaint?
No. Public posts can expose identity and account information. Keep evidence private and provide it only through an appropriate verified channel.
